Producer Peter Chinn applied a combo of dimensional ultrasound scans, tiny cameras, and computer graphics to develop these photographs of baby animals. Chinn made the pictures for a National Geographic documentary called Extraordinary Animals in the Womb, which followed the process of growth, from conception to birth.
Apart from being scientifically interesting, these pictures are visually engaging. We hardly ever imagine what various animals seem like inside the womb, and further than being informative Chinn’s pictures are in fact kind of stunning.
