Virginity is a delicate subject, It has full of historical and cultural significance. But after all, what is virginity? What is it about ? Why this is an issue is dealt with “fear” by some people.

What is virginity?
Actually, there’s no exact definition, the word “virgin” originates from the Latin “virgo” which means strength, ability. Originally this word did not relate to sexuality but rather to sexual freedom. In the past talking, a virgin woman that was able to provide a child without having to get involved with a man.
It is actually more of a myth than a cultural issue. It does not make a difference if you are 18, 20, 30 years. Virginity may be broken when, how and with whom they want, it depends much more on the emotional state than the “time” itself. The time depends on each woman and may have conflicting differences between one and another.
The possibility of being highly connected to control a woman’s body is virtually 100%. While it is not so common to hear that the virginity of a woman does not belong to her, this idea is still alive in various ways in our lives, such as movies, music, etc.
As it is well known, every woman body has a very specific characteristics. A lot of people still believe that the hymen is broken the woman is no longer a virgin. Well, one thing has nothing to do with the other. The hymen is actually a mucous membrane “left over” after the vagina ends to form. They can be of all sizes and shapes. In many women it is broken at first intercourse, in others only at birth of first child, in others does not even exist.
The blood is a proof of how ignorance can negatively affect people. For instance, for many years after a woman marries had to expose the sheet used on their wedding night. This was a way to prove she was chaste until then. Proof of this was the famous “blood stain”.

It is a term commonly used to refer to women who engaged in other types of sexual relationships that do not involve the vagina, such as oral and anal.
For many people, perhaps, these things are not new. But it is worth remembering that not everyone knows about it and it’s always worth reinforce some important issues like this.
