Annapurna Rasoi was initiated with funds raised by the patient’s attendants admitted to Swami Dayanand Hospital’s Gyane department. Actually, the two women attendants of the patients spent two days drinking only water. When doctors heard about this, they immediately arranged for food.
In Swami Dayanand Hospital, East Delhi Upon lockout, 50 to 60 women are admitted to the Ob/Gyn department.
Giving food in the morning: Dr. Gladbin Tyagi, hospital CMO, said the money was collected from women’s families admitted to the Ob/Gyn department. Annapurna Kitchen began on Saturday. The attendants and others receive food morning and evening.
