Amar Chitra Katha, a renowned series commenced by creator Anant Pai to tell India’s tales of mythology and tradition is quite popular among school going, children.
Amar Chitra Katha has designed “Swachh Bharat, the Clean Revolution” and soon it would publish an exclusive 32-page comic that will carry the messages relating to sanitation and solid waste components on Prime Minister’s pet initiative Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
The book would consist of a collection of inspiring stories from the mission, cleanliness rankings of cities, the public figures and ambassadors, ecological impact, and tales of people and organizations that can motivate children to follow the principle of ‘Swachhata’. There might be an entertaining workbook of tricks and tips which kids can use to clean their own regions.
