When your tv remote didn’t work nicely and you have only 1 power out of 2 required in your remote. Then don’t be worry just put one power in one shell and in other put some metallic insulated material like Aluminium foil, screw, wire etc as shown in the picture below
Your remote now operates as usually as it is functioning with two power source for sometimes still you find other power source.
