Because of his acting, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has made a different identity in the film industry. On August 25, his movie Babumoshai Bandookbaaz has been released in which he returned to his gangster avatar. The story is about two contract killers of Uttar Pradesh, Banke Bihari (Jatin) and Babu Bihari (Nawazuddin). Both people get the supari of the people. But such situations arise, due to which the two fight each other. Will the Banke kill Babu or will Babu save his life? That’s the story of the movie. There is also a love story between two people in this fight. Babu is attracted towards Fulva (Bidita Bagh) and love increases between the two.
Kidings and intimate scenes are filmed in the film between Bidita and Nawazuddin. Directed by Kushan Nandy, this film will remind you of Gangs of Wasseypur. The reason is that the background of both sides is very similar. The local language has been included in it so that the story looks real. For this reason, the film came on the sensor board’s radar. Who suggested 48 cuts on it. By doing so, the director refused and the film was taken to the Appellate Authority, and the film was passed after a small cut from there.
It has been shown in the film that Babu is killing people from the age of 10. First of all, he had killed because of hunger. Banke is a fan of Babu and wants to be like him. Among all these dramas, Suchitra (Divya Dutta) and Dubey (Anil) are politicians who hire these gunmen for their benefit. On the other hand, Babu’s life gets illuminated when he visits Phulwa.
The screenplay of the film could have been more tight. But Kushaan has made this movie a Must Watch. Ghalib Asad Bhopali has done the job of putting guns into the characters. The character from Nawaz’s killer to lover is quite appreciable. BBut, somewhere in the movie, there has been an attempt to put an inexplicable comedy, which may seem awkward.
