While checking Quora feeds on my mobile today, I landed on one answer by the Guy, who lost 51 kgs in 2 years. Those who wish to loose their weight are always searching the internet to get the advice from the people who have achieved success in weight loss. So this guy inspired me to share his tips about weight loss on this website.
As per him “Loosing weight is not fashion, its passion.” and I totally agree with him.
“Everyone wants to reduce weight” in 5 days/ 10 days/ 1 week/ 1 month etc. Yes, that’s also true. Me too want to lose weight overnight.
You have to remember that you want to be fit not just for one week but throughout your life. Isn’t it? YES RIGHT
So here go the real tips to lose weight as per the guy who lost 51 KGs in just 2 Years.

DONT MAKE TOO BIG PLANS. When it comes to following, you cant cont it for long. One step at a time.
Control your desires (tongue). Whenever you get a craving, just drink water.
Become a scientist (not literally). Don’t believe others words, make your rules cos you are different. Try googling, search calories for every thing that puts through your mouth.
If you like eating a lot, just keep few fruits with you always. An apple or 1 banana. And whenever its snacks time for you just eat that one apple or banana. Remember: an apple a day keeps a Dr away.
If you gain weight, it’s not a crime, but if you don’t lose it then you cant succeed in becoming what you are dreaming. The extra fat will always drag you down with the INFERIORITY COMPLEX.
So, don’t give up now, a dream to be thin because in the world where you are living is “ the survival of the fittest”.
