There is an incident of throwing acid once again on the victim who has been attacked by an acid attack before. After entering the victim’s hostel located in Lucknow, an unknown person carried out the incident. This is the same woman, who had an acid attack on the train in March. After which UP Yogi Adityanath reached the hospital to meet the victim.
According to the information, this young woman from Rae Bareli lives in the Aligarh based Sharmjeevi hostel. She does a job in private company. On Saturday evening, she had come to the washroom to wash his face, during which an unknown person threw acid on her.
The people of the hostels hear the shouts of the young woman. The guard immediately informed the police and handed the woman to the hospital. Hostels’ warden Neera Singh expressed her concern over the issue of women’s safety. She said that if the girls are not safe inside the hostel then what would be the safe place for women.
SP Harendra Kumar said a team of police is investigating the case. The police is exploring the CCTV footage surrounding it. The accused will be arrested soon.
She has also been a victim of gang rape. The victim was attacked by acid on the train in the month of March when she reached Ganga Gomti Express from Rae Bareli to Charbagh railway station in Lucknow. The acute acid attack victim was admitted to the hospital by GRP. The victim had told that two youth in the train forced him to flee the acid and escaped by the train.
Upon receiving the information about the incident, UP’s CM Yogi Adityanath had reached the hospital to meet the victim. He assured the victim of appropriate action. Besides, he also announced the free treatment of the victim and compensation of Rs.1 lakh.
