Central government warns its employees not to criticize the functioning of the Government, still if they do, then disciplinary action will be taken against them. This decision came after the suggestion, When the Indian Revenue Services (Customs and Central Excise) Including executive officers of all India Central Excise Gazzets and many others sought changes in GSTN.
An IAS officer of Chhattisgarh on October 8 posted on FB questioning the Achievements Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay , the state government issued a Show Cause notice against him, and attached him to the Ministry.
This has also been said that according to the service rules government employee could not comment against the government or its policies.
According to service rules :
Radio or through electronic media, Any government employee with his own or someone else name can not publish any report.
Any such statement or idea, which criticize the government or its policy. Government will take strict action against the central or state government employees who will do this.
