Choose to disable all notifications you get (social networks, alarms, text messages …) in mobile . Thus no one will bother and you ‘ll look when you remember it.
2. Dedicate (only) one hour daily only If you are the type who can not live without the phone , trying to manage your time use during the holidays . An hour a day is more than enough to do some photography, talking with friends, see the most important news or use some applications to know the places you visit.
