In a big twist in the missing IAF plane case, the close relatives of one of the people on board the aircraft have said that his mobile phone was active even five days after the supposed crash.
Airman Raghubir Verma’s family members told India Today that his cell phone was ringing and his WhatsApp status confirmed that it was last seen on 26th of July.
The IAF aircraft went missing on 22nd July, leading to a huge search and rescue operation.
The newest progress has lifted hopes of his family that he might have made it through the crash.
The family members has said to be shared the airman’s mobile information both together with the air force and with the criminal investigation department.
Citing sources, the report said the fact that phone facts of the airman are now getting examined by the IAF.
This new lead has made the case more complicated and deepened the mystery.
