A businessman named Karan Cheena had written a letter and a cheque to Karan Johar which went viral. He did this because in one of Karan’s video he tried explaining that a ban on Ae Dil Hai Mushkil will affect more Indians than Pakistanis. Karan Johar had explained how a lot of money (Indian money) is involved in the project and that Fawad Khan had shot for the film when times were different and there had been no attack on the country.

Mr. Cheena was unhappy with Karan’s statement. Apparently, he won’t be going to see the movie but because banning a movie would lead to economic losses he decided to pay the price of his movie tickets had he gone to see Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
Everything can be photoshopped these days and we really don’t know whether this is for real or not but because it has been tweeted by political commentator Shilpi Tewari, we are assuming this is legit. The rest is up to you to decide.
