Inspired by a Chinese method, this method can help you keep track of your blood pressure without the need of electronic equipment. If you feel any pressure change or just want to have this information for whatever reason, just follow the following tips and check the data manually.
1st, you need to put the inch tape in the direction of the arm, starting at the wrist. Then hang a ring or ring on a string and follow the movement of the tape that is in the arm. After a few seconds moving, the ring will first react to the diastolic pressure, also known as minimum pressure. Continue to move the ring and it will react to your systolic pressure, or maximum pressure. The numbers where the ring moves with more force, multiplied by 10, indicates the values of their pressure.
