Deepak is a lawyer battling from bipolar disorder who encounters frequent mood swings. One night, Rajveer and his close friends get drunk and try to molest Miss Arora and her two flatmates leading to an accident. The movie goes around how Deepak fights the girls’ case in opposition to these powerful boys.

In this film apart from powerful cues, like acting, dialogue and so on. the innovative crew of Shoojit Sircar had presented a subtle non-verbal sign that will stay in your mind. I am talking about the tattoo of flying birds on Meenal’s collar bone. An area that was focused a lot of the time in the film Pink even though focusing on her face and that still left a quiet message everytime it was focused.
The message is – “free her“. You might not be aware but your subconscious mind would’ve imagined of the need to free the most modern and qualified, working, urban women. Carefully watch the movie once again and you will find no place in the film she wore a dress in which the tattoo was not visible.
