New guidelines are being formulated by the central government regarding the phase-off of the third phase of lockdown soon and how to implement the lockdown in the fourth phase. PM Modi also spoke to the Chief Minister of every state and sought advice from everyone for how to implement the fourth phase of lockdown. People had asked for suggestions
