The whole of India supports the surgical strike operation by the Indian Army at the Line Of Control. As per the Indian Army, they attacked a terrorist camp the late night on Wednesday. The people who were questioning Modi government on taking this matter lightly, this move by the Indian Army has hushed them.
Soon after the Uri attack, PM Modi had tweeted that the people behind this will be punished. Modi had regular meetings with senior ministers and Army officials regarding the subject. They had a discussion as to how they could counter the increasing attacks by the terrorist.
PM Modi was furious after the attacks but he didn’t say much in public. He had given clear instructions to the Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar to have his full focus on the border. This was indeed a great move by the PM and it clearly shows that he is a man of his words.
