We have heard a lot about surge pricing, we know how Rathish Shekar got glitch smacked with a bill of 9 Lakhs, and there have been several women abuses as well. It is not surprising Ola has some problems with the whole system. But this is ridiculous.
With Ola running a thousand of journeys every day and calculating thousands of fares all over the nation, this mistake in the bill does not raise our assurance. There should be some thing like dual checking the expenses, even if the taxis are traveling like bolts.
