Former Congress MP Ramya was heckled by pro-Hindu organizations at Mangalore airport on Thursday and Protesters threw eggs at her car and raised slogans against her. Protester was angry with her recent comment about Pakistan in which rejected Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar’s statement equating Pakistan to hell.

Ramya was in Mangalore to attend a Krishna Janmashtami programme.
In response to the petition seeking sedition charge Ramya said “Everybody is entitled to their views and that is what democracy is about, you can’t force your ideology on anyone.”
