Hats of to this roaring girl who made herself to the RIO 2016 Badminton finals.
Indian badminton player P V Sindhu created history and ensured India would walk away with a medal in the women singles badminton tournament as she defeated Japan’s Nozomi Okuhara 21-19, 21-10 to enter the final at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
This will be the first time India will have a silver place finish in badminton after Saina Nehwal had notched a bronze in the London Olympics four years back.
PV Sindhu on court for her semi-final match against Nozomi Okuhara played a matured game and her confidence level was very high.
PV Sindhu has set-up a final showdown with World No.1 Carolina Marin in the women’s singles badminton final of Rio Olympics 2016 after beating Japan’s Nozomi Okuhara in straight games. All the best for final, Go Sindhu Yo Sindhu.
Today INDIA is proud only because of girls. Hats off to women power.
