Radhika had arrived for the launch of Swatch store in Mumbai on Oct 4 where a journalist stated that every time her film is set for a release, a nude scene of hers gets leaked and if she does it for publicity.
Hearing the question, Radhika who was already irritated with the leaks, got furious and snapped at the media person with a stinker reply. She said, “My friend, your question is ridiculous! You saw the clip, you shared it and ‘you’ created the controversy.” She further added, “I am just an artist if I am required to do a certain job I will do it.”

Radhika also said that people should be open minded and get out of the cocoon and look at the world cinema. She told the journo, “If you look at what people are doing abroad (what actors do in Hollywood or international films), you won’t ask this question. People who are ashamed of their own bodies have the curiosity about others bodies. If you want to see a naked body, tomorrow just look at yourself in the mirror rather than my clip (her nude footage).”

It was really wrong on the part of the journalist to have asked such a question, everybody has their own opinion about certain things and nobody has the right to question them, not even journalists. But I’m not questioning and all but Radhika’s statement against banning Pakistani artists was wrong. It is and it always has been our Nation which comes first, all other things are secondary.
