India needs to be included in Britain’s less expensive two-year visitor visa program to appeal to more Indians to the UK which will enhance the already close bilateral ties, a new report published here on Tuesday said.

- Indians now pay a a lot higher visa fee in comparison to Chinese and some other nationals
`A Passage from India -Improving UK Visitor Visas for Indian Nationals’ has been prepared by the UK’s Royal Commonwealth Society in collaboration with major aviation tourism and market groups along with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and was published in the British parliament complex.
Currently Indian visitors still pay a hefty £330 for a two-year visa, or £87 for six-months.
