The tallest Ravana has been Built in the town called Barada in Haryana. While conveying the message of communal harmony, The 210-foot-high effigies of Ravana are made by the Muslim craftsmen of Uttar Pradesh.
Ramleela club over the years is famous for making tallest Ravana, Each year the club raises the height of Ravana effigies. Past five years Ravana built here has also been listed in Limca Book of Records.
The club executive Tanveer Jafri said to to build ir Muslim craftsmen were called from the Uttar Pradesh.
To prepare effigies of Ravana, This time, paper, bamboo and iron pipes were brought from Assam and 5,000 kg of paper was used on the effigies.
Tanveer Jafri said that Fireworks that are imposed on the effigies of Ravana are environmentally friendly.
