New Delhi: NIA screws on border cross-border funding to cease terror in the valley. NIA has summoned Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani’s younger son Naseem Gilani to Delhi for questioning in this regard today. NIA also summoned Gilani’s eldest son Nayeem Geelani for questioning on Monday, but after receiving a complaint of chest pain, he did not reach on medical ground examination. Gilani’s son Altaf Ahmed Shah and six other separatist leaders are already in the custody of NIA in the case of terror funding.
On Sunday, the NIA had raided the house of Hurriyat Legal Cell member Devinder Singh Bahl and inquired about hours. During the raid, NIA has got 4 mobile phones, one tablet, several other electronic devices and other documents. Advocate Devinder Singh Bahl, a lawyer, is being told to be close to the Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani. It is believed that Devinder Singh Bahl works as a link between Terror Funding and separatist leaders. Meanwhile, the NIA has summoned both sons of Geelani for questioning, after which the elder son complained of chest pain and he was admitted to the hospital.
