India’s Kidambi Srikanth has bowed out of the men’s singles badminton at Rio Olympics this evening. He lost his quarter-final match against Lin Dan of China after a tough fight.
What an epic game that was. Srikanth Kidambi fought so hard and almost won the Quarterfinal but whatever the result is, this match was one of the best ever.
LIN DAN was tested to extreme limits, in the end, he defeated Kidambi 21-6, 11-21, 21-18.
Look at the first two sets and you will realise how in such big events, a match is played in the mind.
Kidambi might be going home without a medal but he has established himself on the biggest stage. Our country is producing some really good Shuttlers.
