I have just watched Pink and I do not understand the reason, what Falak was fired for.
An obscene picture (and most likely morphed) of a female employee can’t be the basis for firing her.
In fact, it is the other way round, the manager who showed her the picture could be fired for showing such a picture to her. This act was a clear violation of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 and Falak had every right to seek termination of her manager and any employee who might have caused her such grievous insult. Such a claim would have been even a bigger threat to the upcoming takeover that her Manager mentions in passing to her.
I was a bit disappointed for such a basic mistake in an otherwise brilliant movie.
